The purpose of this organization is to develop leadership skills and human relations techniques. Some of the ac- tivities students participated in this year are; fund-raisers including car washes and dances. The youth swine project at the Pinellas County Fair, the dairy goat production, and the end of the year pareanember ban- quet. A top priority for most S.H.M.S. students is coming prepared to class. For the few who are faced with the situation of no paper or pencils, the school store is the answer. During 6th, 7th, and 8th grade lunches many items are made available. The P.T.S.A. Student Advisory Group provides this service to students.
