SHA's TARCISIANS H Hxi ABOVE: Kafhleen Johnson and Charlene Kalani show +ha+ in +he sixlh grade +he Tarcisians pray for froubled China. LEFT: The liffh grade's mission is Tahiti, Dixie Howell smilingly informs us. JUNIOR APOSTLES OF THE KING OF LOVE The earning of Golden Pennies through prayers, sacrifices, and Eucharistic devotions is a specialty with SHA,s zealous TARS. True to the goal set them by their founder Qsaintly Fr. Mateo, SS.CC., world-renowned apostle of the Sacred Hearty, and inspired by the example of St. Tarcisius, the youthful martyr of the Blessed Sacrament, they strive to make Jesus known and loved. Spirited little missionaries, they powerfully help to convert souls, especially in the mission field of their choice. Their apostolate is clearly revealed in the words of the song they love best, their own Tarcisian hymn: We love Thee, Lord, and we will love Thee ever We long to see Thy Heart triumph and reign. We long to help all souls to know and love Theeg For this we offer all our joy and pain. Yes, He must reign the Sovereign King of Nations! His love must be acknowledged and adored. Advcniat! must be our prayer unceasing, Adveniat! O Heart of Christ, our Lord. Mlfhff N9 W 4- ac!
