In thc eventful months that elapsed before August 21 Admission Day, and the Statehood Celebration set by ofticial proclamation during the Thanksgiving Vacation, Hawaii did not forget those who had labored that these days might dawn. The three-day November celebration which attracted to Hawaii many distinguished visitors was climaxed by a five-hour program on Sunday Novem ber 29, at the Honolulu Stadium. One ofthe highlights - was the formation of a gigantic flag spangled with titty stars, its pattern produced through cards held by stu dents from the different schools on Oahu.
