The lfair proves to be most successful. All the booths have their fair share of customers, but the Bar-B-Q booth eorrals most of 'em. Drooping eyes, bobbin' heads, stuffed tummies-this and still .1 lot more, show us that the Fair was tremendous! Thanksgiving holidays come just in time for SHA'ers, but the Audion staff comes to work bright and early on Friday and Saturday mornings. Our bonnie lassies, Wgliida Kahale, lflaine Derby, Mary Louise Joseph, Mary Brown, Joan Franca, and Mildred Calistro, take Hrst place at the talent show, for their lovely rendition of Song of Tndiaf, The newly chosen sponsors go up to St. Louis for a formal introduction to their oiiicers. Along with a Song DECEMBER At last! Y ! The Hawaiian Club finally elects its otticers. Presi- dent, Danielle Anahug Vice-President, Aulike Ranking Secre- tary, Doris Souierag Treasurer, Kaui Tiltong Glee Club Director, Katherine Pag Marshal, jean Robello. The Scouts busily fix-up a few gift boxes for families less fortunate than themselves. Hawaiian songs and dances are eagerly anticipated by many members of the Hawaiian Club in preparation for .1 pageant honoring the officers of the Jeanne D'Are. Because rain spoiled the vandas on the Big Island, fiber leis are hurriedly sewn the night before the pageant. The ship's oiticers are enthusiastic about the reception and pageant. Congratulations, SHA'ers-you did a fine job, they will not soon forget SHA's Hawaiian hospitality. A number of the girls are guests at the reception held on A tense moment in e volleyball game. Our guests from the Jeanne d'Arc enioy a bit of old Hawaii. The officers and cadets ot the cruiser Jeanne d'Arc enter SHA's own outdoor theater. II2
