The spiritual work of these little apostles does not cease when they have outgrown the Tarcisian stage for then they readily join their big sisters as active Legionnaires. How eager they are to receive that coveted Legion medal and how zealous they are to carry out the duties of the Legion! In whatever phase of life a Tarcisian is destined. she will ever aim: For the greater honor and glory of the Sacred Heartsv! Rhonda Kilbey holds the most artistic and elaboralen awards--honors which this Seventh Grade Tarrisian rlisplny won.

These two sixth graders, Theresa Easlwold and Rayneite Victor, .smile broadly as they pose nexl to their Tarrisian display-zealous workers for Japan-Ihese. TARCISIANS The Tarcisians are the Hlittlestu Apostles of Christ. These zealous tots may often lie found lrefore the Talmernacle making their little adorationsf' They collect Golden Pennies for the Sacred Heart hy prayer, sacrifice, and love for the Holy Eucharist. With this spiritual income, they aid the missions through- out the world in the quest for souls. Their interest extends likewise to the material welfare of the missions as is evidenced lxy generous contrilvutions of clothing and funds. Consequently, depicting the works of the far-flung mission lands has lmecome an important class project for Tarcisians. This year the youthful hand of lovers of the Sacred Hearts has taken

To love and honor Uur lrady are the principal aims of each sodalist. At SHA. the Sodality is a special organization since it is composed exclus- ively of resident students. By the daily recitation of the rosary. the performance of little acts of obedience, and other devotions. these children of Mary strive earnestly in the crusade for the conversion of sinners and for peace in the world. Aside from these spiritual acts, they also participate in various activ- ities which include a special g'lVla1'y,s Day, sending Christmas packages to needy families, and honoring the Senior memliers at a farewell party.
