In their work and play the Scouts build their characters, simultaneously building their nations, strengthening them, making them better places in which to live. In peace and in war this organization has fostered the belief that all men are created equal, re- gardless of race, color, or creed-a precept that has been instilled in the heart of each Girl Scout. lfagerly, S. H. A. youngsters have always rallied to the call of Scout- ing, realizing that it provides an excellent opportunity to carry out the principles of Catholic Action which have been infused in their hearts by the teachings of their Catholic faith.
