What I Am To Be, I Am Becoming, was the theme of the 1980 Junior Ring Ceremony. The splendor of the cere- mony was enhanced not only by the traditional symbols of the ring and rose, but also by the newly adopted symbol of the candle. On December 8, 1980, we were proud to be underclassmen at SHM, united in friendship and recom- mitted to the ideals of this community.
