fad anc) 'Testament ojj ilte Glass o{j ’$8 We, the class of ’38, being of sound mind and body, do hereby propose our last will and testament: We bequeath the following: To our beloved Juniors First—Our ability to solve Problems of Democracy, as well as our interest in American History and the Alphabetical Enigmas. Second—Our comfortable student chairs. Third—The gruesome entertainment afforded by Shakespeare’s san- guinary “Hamlet”. To our treasured Sophomores First—Our ability to maintain our class president, and other officers in office during the full term of that office. Second—Our habit of conducting class meetings in a peaceful and harmonious manner. Third—Our standing room in the gasoline station, which the boys have so long coveted. To our precious Freshmen First—Our dignity which we have been four years in acquiring. Second—Our sometime military bearing and nonchalant manner. Third—The privilege of using and sitting in our honored places at lunch period. If we may express one last hope for the Class of ’39, it is that your Senior Year will be as happy and educational as ours has been. We name our Pastor, Rev. William J. Hickey, D.D., as executor and we are sure that he will carry out our desires in the best way possible. The Class of 1938 does hereby sign, seal, and publish this document in the presence of us who have, at the request of the said class, hereto affixed our signatures. FRANCIS R. THALKEN ’38 MADELINE C. CASTELLINI ’38
