SENIORS ’88 ’88 ’88 The senior class faced many good times to- gether through their four years of high school; dances, retreat, Homecoming, state volleyball and basketball tournaments, and Prom. But most important, they faced graduation together, a time to say goodbye. Many bonds were made in the senior class. Friendships, memories, and a special closeness among them will never be forgotten. The class of '88 lived up to their potential of making Sacred Heart what it is today. In ath- letics, cheerleading, speech, and academics, they excelled. We at Sacred Heart say farewell to you, se- niors, and continue to make us proud! Senior smiles!! Sneaky, Saddle, Kiek, and Red. Seniors participate in their last “Fling . President of the senior class was Danny O'Grady; Vice-President, Eric Voegele; Secretary. Ofelia Silva; and Angie Helmick, Treasurer. Jennie??!!! being camera shy! David and his followers. 7

THEIR SENIOR YEAR Intermission for the Juniors. Our Junior year was a busy one. First we had our ver- sion of the Newlywed Game for the Homecoming skit. We built the bonfire which we were told was the best ever. We decorated Christmas Formal differently with real pine trees and a park setting. Money making projects included cake raffles, cleaning houses, and moving Windles. Our final and most exciting task was Prom. We deco- rated with 2800 green and silver balloons, that covered arches and columns. We raised enough money to buy each senior a champagne glass. Our theme was “Never Say Goodbye.” Julie Goltz gave the Junior address and some of the mothers prepared the meal. All of this was done un- der the supervision of Brad Res. We treasure the memories of our junior year and look forward to making more our last year. Bob Ubanks and the Newlywed Game David, don’t you have enough books checked out? 9
