Mrs. Linda Kirkendall was not present for the picture. 22 Kristi was the only qualifier for state.

It Was A Very Good Year The basketball team included Mike Knobbe, David Keithley, Eric Voegele and Danny O’Grady. Second row, Pat Knobbe, Joe Kirkendall, Greg Slominski, Brett Keller, David Finck, Phil Scheitel and Lonnie Schawang. Back row, Tom Sells. Mark Meinzer, Scott Smith and Mike Frederick. Tom Sells and Mark Meinzer were named to the All-Conference Second Team. Mike seems to be in a rut and Joe can’t seem to get there to help him. BASKETBALL The boys basketball team had a good year. They took second place in the Galaxy Conference Tourney and also took second in Districts. The boys ended their season with a 9-9 record. Tom Sells and Mark Meinzer were named to the All-Conference Second Team. The boys had a lot of younger guys on the team and hopefully the experience they got will help them to win many more games in the next few years. 21 What form!
