Only 16 students made up the two grades, which were taught by Sister Joan Williams. Though small in number, these young Irishmen and women played active rolls in sports, and also contributed greatly to both the band and chorus. Many participated in this year's musical, The Music Man. Something new to the Junior High this year was the addition of the sixth grade girls to the Pep Club. This was due to the small number of girls, and they helped greatly to add much support to the teams Through their participation in so many activities this past year, both grades have gained valu- able experience that will aid them greatly in their upcoming years at Sacred Heart. 17
