V - Homecoming 1979 Starting above, and going clockwise, the 1979 Homecoming Queen and King were Debbie Nichols and Mike Olbering. Other candidates, not pictured, were Natalie Eickhoff, Mike Finck, Shiela Koelzer, and Bob Stratton. We played the Palmyra Panthers this year, and won 41-6, making the festivities even more fun. Traditionally, the Sacred Heart seniors decorate the school, and this year was on exception. This was one of the many painted windows. Highlighting the Homecoming festivities was the bonfire, built again by the juniors. The juniors also presented their version ot Oh God as the skit before the bonfire on Homecoming Eve. All of the juniors participated in the skit, as shown in the final two pictures.
