Under the direction of Sister Madeleva, a fine history of American Music was presen- ted by the high school chorus and the grade school chorus. With Marilyn Butler as chore- ographer, many styles of dancing were done by special students. Many students displayed signs of talent which no one had known they possessed. This musical set a record high in Sacred Heart history in its profit making. It was much enjoyed by family and friends. It was different from other musicals and will not soon be forgotten by those who participated. 29

The grade school chorus get into the act with their ver- sion of Yankee Doodle.
