A., , .1,v.': 1 -, GHS SPIRIT WEEK In less than two years, the Griffin Student Body had been able to capture and utilize the spirit that roamed about the school The Idea was appropriately called Spirit Week and It helped the students express their appreciation for those Involved In making the school year what it was Opening the week was a Senior Athletes Recognition Day in which the faculty challenged the students in various events Although the teachers barely squeeked by the athletes were good sports and con gratulated them Throughout the week students Day and a version of Almost Any thing Goes The close of the events was the second annual Gong Show sponsored and pro duced by the Griffin Student Sen ate With Alan Malacnlk serving as host the crowd traded remarks with him and the show ran without aflaw Although Spirit Week was over no one could say that Griffin was lacking in spirit and faculty enjoyed Fieldbay, Grub field dag iq-7.1 vi- ' 9 --3-s-is ov- 9' -T7 A I...-uv ' I a Father Bolser makes a vain attempt to climb out of his cage. .
