Q... 5,5 ,E E-'E i c:f 4-J 5' 'N lg rlghf n October 3'l 2007 the SHCP community survived yet another year of spooky zombies and swash bukling pirates This year the annual Halloween costume contest sponsored by the student council was hosted by Seniors Armani Cooper and Samanha Alberto during the activity lunch The categories that students competed for were most original funny scary and best group. This year the stage was graced with the pres- ence of Vitamin Water Jigsaw Bushman Wayne s World and many more. Teachers also got into the Halloween spirit and stu- dents laughed plenty when seeing teach- ers dreased as Carebears Lucy Flobin and Hannibal Lector strolling through the school s hallways. The students were able to show the costumes that they planned to wear that night giving these a test run. Senior Eric Pagan had this to say l had a lot of fun dressing up as a cowboy My final Halloween at SHCP was just as exciting as the previous three' HALLOWEEN

n Sunday October 'l4, 2007 Sa- cred Heart Cathedral held its annu- al All Family Mass and Multicultural night. The mass was held in the Pavilion and started promptly at four in the after- noon. The Jubilee Choir, Percussion Club and Campus Ministry helped in making the lVlass a solemn event which was the multi- cultural part of the night. With the Student Life Center filled with the aroma cf foods from the four corners or the world, ev- eryone got their stomachs filled from the potluck. Soon after everyone got to their seats, they all stood to view the various performances from among different cul- tures. The Dance Club perfomed a Hawai- 1 ian dance from the movie Lilo and Stitch. Other performances such as the Span- ish Nutcracker and the Fiussian dancers represented their cultures. Freshman Sonata Brown says It was my first time performing in a big dance and it was fun.
