lghgniml I raining Physical Training, known to us as Hgyinf' helps to contribute to our physical Well-being. A familiar sight in school is to see girls hurrying toward the gym carrying a gym suit and sneakers in their bands. ln the winter the period's activi- ties are divided between basketball and ping pong, rotating each week so that different girls participate in different activities. in the spring, gym is usually held outdoors, weather permitting, where the girls play softball, badminton and soc- cer. There is always a variety in activities. Medi- cal check-ups, neat gym suits, dental notes and earnest participation in activities are all part of the physical training course at Sacred lleart.
