Rewarclecl ur Sincere Dramatic Ejforts Drama Club met once a week for classes under the direction of Miss Jeanne Huber. Practices meant spon- taneous improvisations, block sketches, and critical reviews. The Drama Club's performance at the State Tournament was evidence of a successful and profitable year. A majority of SHA's participants won awards in speech and drama divisions. The Drama Club fel- filled its annual goal by presenting the traditional one- act plays in March, Sister Vivian helped Miss Huber direct the girls for the production of Our Romance, ShflliCSPC3.fC'S Ladies, and The Lost Princess. With the help of a few props the setting, SHA's gym, took the form of an old people's home, juliet's home, and a bandit's hideout. The SHAers presented the one-act plays twice and, so that more members could be ac- tresses, there was a different cast for each performance. The production was an affair of the entire Drama Club. All girls were behind the scenes as members of the stage and make-up crews.
