Captions often seemed unattainable, headlines always too long and pictures were always vertical when a horizontal one was necessary. The old Did You Know column with its comments on amusing, little- known incidents received a renewal. For the first time, RUNE staffers met during the summer to bring out a paper on the first day of school.
