Boys from St. X visited Sacred Heart for meetings to discuss such topics as self-awareness, dating, teenagers in the modern world and Catholic education. When not discussing, the Sodalists were actively engaged in proj- ects such as giving a party at St. Joseph's Orphanage on Saint Valentines Day. They sang for the people at the Sacred Heart Home on Saint Patrick's Day and caroled at the Little Sisters of the Poor on the night before Christmas. At the end of the year, there was the tra- ditional Mass, celebrated by Father james Flynn. After- wards the new officers pledged themselves for the next year's offices.
