Intramurals Animated ar School Li e Intramural sports open to freshmen and sophomore volunteers included volleyball and softball. Organizers Mrs. Lavada Larkins and Mrs. Sally Roby formed the teams according to homerooms. Volleyball champs Wally's Walmses, Sister Walburga's homeroom 210, defeated all the other sophomore teams, Freshmen in- volved in softball found that playing held one major drawback, for every time they scheduled a game it rained. Miss Carricato's homeroom 304 placed first in Sacred Heart's softball intramurals. This year's teams proved lucky if not talented. An ordinary pop fly flew into the air, bounced off a girl's head, then landed in the third baseman's glove for the out. . , .tiy i A .M ,,, o A 5 L ,, C ' t fy' K -rw, . gp AX Q 1? e., . ,,,- 1 6. 1 4. ttt. - 14.1 .15 -in lik- in ' W . -'mfs s a .
