AZZARA For the uncountable hours of assistance, for the extra and so often unthanked help, and for being the best friends the Student Body could have, we, the staff and members of the Student Body dedicate the 1S54 Pioneer to Russell C. Azzara, Dean of Stu¬ dent Activities and his Secretary, Mrs. Doris Egbert. 3n ittrmmiant For twenty-eight years, Mr. David L. Burnam, beloved music teacher and friend of all who knew him, served Sacramento Junior College and Sacramento ' s Music Circle. As a master of music, he not only taught but he practised his lessons by being a member of the Sacramento Philharmonic, directing it for a num¬ ber of years. His loss though so greatly felt, is partly replaced by his many compositions. His prescence may not be, but his saying of That was great, gang. It was really great. will live forever in the music students who knew him.
