A ,,.g.fz'A W 1 K gm e anal .SZ 00 guifcbngfi gum JANICE WOHL Secretary to Superintendent MILDRED TAPLEY Secretary to High School Principal OUR CUSTODIANS Mr. and Mrs, Carter qliigh schoolj Ernest Jensen, Bessie Paul, Frcd Zimmerman Qgrade buildingj OUR CCOKS LEFT TO RIGHT: Mrs. E. F. Whyte, Mrs. H. F. Nichols, Mrs. C. C. Vreeland, Mrs. Edwin Stoelting. 128- From early morning until late afternoon and sometimes late evening these people are on the job to Serve US. The office secretaries see to it that we get our make up slips, our report cards, our transcripts of grades. They are there to serve our wants whether it be for scotch tape, paper clips, paper, stamps, etc. Besides these little duties they handle all of the secretarial work at both buildings. Out school buildings are something we are justly proud of. However, if it weren'tfor the untiring efforts of the custodians we probably could not make that statement. They are constantly on the job to keep the buildings clean, neat and attractive. It would be a long day without the forty-five minute noon hour. And our favorite pastime is feeding our faces. Thanks to the cooks, those noon lunches help to stop the pangs of hunger and hold us over until after school.

During the school year these students, under the co-direction of Mr. Hoffman and Mr. Rutherford, work diligently on many fine proj- ects. All of us will recall the Yuletide-spirit which filled the front hall in the form of a gayly decorated Christ- mas tree. This was the first year for this project by the Council. Student Council also sponsors the school as- semblies, the annual Career Day program. The fine all-school Valentine's Day party was' sponsored by the Council. Representatives, are elected from each homeroom and these students constitute the membership of the Stu- dent Council.
