Interesting Want a chance to act out a role, get practice in courtroom procedure, and learn a lot or the some time, while get' ting social studies credit for it? Impossible, you say? Well, not if you were in Mr. Will Kreamer's history class. This year his classes spent two weeks researching people and information, ond then pre- senting an actual court case with wit- nesses, judge, and jury. The trial was based on Adolf Hitler and his war crimes. Junior Dave Corey said, Most of the lsids really lilsed it, and I thinla we learned more by researching and discussing it than any textbook could have taught us. Besides the required courses, Sabino offered elective courses in economics, sociology, pyschology, and world stud- ies. So Sabers, give social studies a shot, ir's a golden opportunity. 0 By Jon Benson Social Studies 145
