The Journalism Five class of 1973-1974 dedicate this yearbook to the memory of Adrain Cook. In dedication, We pause to remember our friend for he has passed to that bourne of no return. Adrain To lose a friend— Oh, how it hurts when you lose someone. You wonder if you have loved him enough. Three years ago, we lost a friend, It seems as though time can not mend The empty spot in our hearts. This friend was young, always full of fun. We tried to hide the tears we cried when We learned our young friend died. We know we will always miss him, but someday We'll see him in that realm beyond the moon. Written by Joyce Eisenbise

 I hope each high school stu- dent will use his time wisely so as to be mentally and spiritually prepared for the future years beyond high school. Good luck to each of you. William Eisenbise, pres. Congratulation to the grad- uates of 1974. I hope the ed- ucation you received at Sabetha has helped prepare you for your future years. We on the Board of Education are happy to be able to help in the educational program. Donald Montgomery I believe that in our United States we have better opport- unities for education than in any other country in the world. It is my hope that all students of our community will avail themselves of these opportunities. William Deaver pursuing -these words taken from the school song are as apt today as when my moth- er's class wrote it 46 years ago. An education is more meaningful when hard work is involved to achieve it. Gary Tyler My aim is to present the type of education that will help our students face the problems of the future. Thomas Gold Each student owes it to him- self to obtain the best educa- tion possible. It is the duty of the teachers, administrators, and board members to make it happen.
