Veteran's Day Observance The seniors, with the help of Mr. Eugene McClain, held the first Veteran's Day Program in Sabetha. The program included speeches by Richard Wiltz, Colonel William Lo- belle of the Marines, and Senator James Pearson. Colors were posted by members of the V.F.W . and American Legion, also who were members of the National Guard. The Sabetha Band and Chorus presented several numbers. Seated on the speakers' platform were several distinguished guests. The program received T.V. coverage from WIBW and KTSB of Topeka.
