Dedication We editors like to consider our yearbook.»' dedication page a traditional method of paying homage to some- one we admire, something or someone we are espe- cially fond of, or someone who has given a great deal of his time toward the needs of education. This year, there was really only one choice, one GOOD choice. To us laymen, building a new school is a monumen- tal task, and anyone who can get it done efficiently and capably, without theatrics or hysteria, with- out losing his sense of humor, without making life unlivable for his associates, all the while taking such setbacks as labor disputes, inclement weather, and materials shortages as just part of the job, is the kind of man any school system would be proud to have as its superintendent. We consider ourselves a community and a school system fortunate in having such a man as OUR super- intendent, and so to you, eavinger we humbly dedicate the 1969 BLUEJAY. 8
