Student Council The job the Student Council has to perform is wide in scope. The sponsors, Mr. Hanney and Mr. Garinger, always ready and willing to help, combined with the able leader- ship of president Roger Aberle, gave the council one of its most successful years in school history. A few of the many varied activities they sponsored were the Christmas dance, concession stand for home games, dance band tours, lyceums and assemblies, and the building of a concession stand for foo'h‘1! eames. The council, numbering seventeen, is composed of or- ganizational presidents and a representative of each class. Congratulations, Phyllis! President. ROGER ABERLE Vice-President. DOUGLAS ABERLE Secretary, JUDY ABERLE Treasurer, TED RUSE The Christmas Dance was held December 23 in the gym. The theme was Snowflake Frolic. Phyl- lis Thiemann was crowned Miss Snowflake at intermission by Roger Aberle. Horton provided us with their dance band to furnish the music.
