Student Association Employees Mrs. Papineau To people outside the student community, Mrs. Joyce Papineau is a mystery. How can she possibly stand to work in that office, with all that commotion? People constantly run in and out, interrupt her time and again to ask how to spell this, how to run that machine. Even Mrs. P. herself admits she must sometimes cram a lot of work in between the hours of 8 to 10 a.m. to get things accomplished. But she loves every minute of it. And the students love her. The duties connected with her job are so many and varied they defy description. To say she is Den Mother to twenty-five kids comes pretty close to the truth. But Mrs. P. wouldn ' t trade jobs with anyone else. After six years as the SA sec- retary she figures she has the greatest position on the PSUC campus. Bob Medve Officially the SA Technical Director, Bob Medve holds a position created only last year. Bob acts as liaison and coordinates all technical considerations for touring companies, con- certs, speakers, to arrive on campus. He sees that all SA campus activities, excluding NTA, are lit, and repairs, maintains, and purchases all SA lighting equipment. 13
