Reflections of a year past at Plattsburgh State . . . Life mirrored through pictures . . . In establishing the theme Reflections; an ancient and brief form of poetry has been used throughout the book — Japanese Haiku. It is poetry which in the original Japanese has seventeen syllables in three lines. However, the English translations often do not keep with this pattern. It is hoped that by the use of this Haiku, the mood, the atmosphere and the feelings of Plattsburgh State and its students will be reflected.
