W 1 c. ? tabl e o f contents administration classes activities athletics Dr. Angell Once more the Cardinal Staff has produced a year book which not only carries many of the vital statistics of our College, but somehow conveys the warm friendly spirit which pervades the entire educational atmosphere at Plattsburgh. In this academic com- munity a scholarly faculty and an intelligent student body not only study and work to- gether, but extend the idea of a democratic government to all phases of campus life. This year ' s Cardinal beautifully portrays this relationship which exists among students and faculty, and which means so much to all of us. To t he Cardinal staff go my congratulations and personal appreciation for their unique contribution to an unusual opportunity in higher education. 4 ded ication hands, strong hands . . . leading, guiding, showing the way . . . hands, together . . . making light in a dim world. divisional directors Miss Grace G.
