Frad- ONTARIAN STAFF The Ontarian staff is highly organized and divided into production units such as theme study and planning, photography, layout, finance, and dis- tribution. Each division in the book itself is headed by a competent, usually experienced, editor, who has a committee of workers. Each year a timely and appropriate theme is selected and carried through- out the book from the cover design to the directory. This year, Industrial Arts classes submitted cover designs from which the staff chose the one most representing its theme of the arts on campus. The staff has attempted to give the book elegance of form, composition, and style. 100
