The expansion and innovations found in this book were real- ized With the increased enrollment and the understanding of Student Council. The year began with making plans for the book and with the co-operation and ceaseless efforts ofthe staff, this book has been successful. The OSWEGONIAN has kept in pace by expanding from a four page newspaper to a six page edition with a whole page devoted to Industrial Arts and another page to the creative writings of the students. The staffhas strived to rep- resent fairly all sections of our enlarged student body and such features as Ulfddie Kation, '4Veterans News and My Daze have become an integral part of the paper. This year's OSWEGONIAN owes its suc- cess to the splendid co-operation of the staff and to the expert guidance of Miss Gladys Gambill, faculty adviser.
