STUDENT COUNCIL Seated A Burden, Secretary, G. Buso, Vice-Presi- dent Standzng M. Kozma, Treasurer. Abfent: Downey, President. This year, the Student Council kept pace with the ever-increasing student body enrollment, by promoting new or- ganizations and putting into effect an athletic council. It handled many special problems as well as routine business of The Associated Student Body. Composed of representatives from each of the four classes, the governing body of the school, with its four officers, settled many problems. A clock was installed in the cafeteria, drinking fountains were im- proved, and parking regulations were formulated and enforced. With the pur- chase of a new public address system, the Student Council made Chapel programs and athletic events more interesting for the student body.
