■ ■ ■ 6 FOCUS ■ ■ ■ FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS The expansion of our campus in the past four years has sent its reverberations resounding through every part of college life. With the move from the confining quarters of Old Main to the expansive Administration Building on the upper campus, the powers that be have also allowed more modern attitudes to prevail. With the installation of Dr. Pascale in the office of Dean of Students, that all-important pathway for student-administration dis¬ course has found a very able administration. Many of us can remember when the administration did little to help us prepare to face modern society. Today, however, we find that everyone appears to be much more in tune with the demands of the real world. Most of the old, confining, unrealistic regulations have fallen-or are falling—by the wayside. Since we came here, Oneonta has admirably been making the transition from the early Normal School to the newer, more reality-oriented liberal arts college. We can leave with the comforting knowledge that our newly-revitalized administration will help keep her on the right road: a college modern in structures and modern in policy.
