Foreword I I As you turn the pages of this, the yearbook ior 1944, we of the VOICE staff hope that it will recall for many years to come, the true spirit of loyalty to our Alma Mater. With wartime limitations and restrictions all about us, the collection of the materials and sub' sequent publication of this yearbook has not been an easy task, and we hope you will bear with us in our shortcomings, remembering that upper' most m our hearts and minds, and in yours also we believe, has been the sincere prayer that our loved ones are safe and will soon return to us again.
