Prophecy It was a warm day in 1962, and I was hurrying around In our little white house on Hysell Run, getting supper ready for my husband. Of course my husband, as you all know, Is Ronnie Williams who Is now a General Foreman at a steel plant In Marietta. As I was waiting for him to return from work,I heard a knock on the door. I went to answer It and to my complete surprise, there stood Jon Cottrlll.Jon was now a salesman for the Metropol- itan Life Insurance Co. and of course was trying to sell me some Insurance It was time to eat and since my husband had arrived home while we were talking, I Invited Jon to stay for supper. We had a pleasant meal and after supper, when we had our three children In bed,we retired to the living room, my husband said he would like to know where all our classmates were and what they were doing. We found that Jon knew where most of them were, since he had learned about many of them while on his Insurance travels. Bob Black now owns the Ford Garage In Mlddleport,where David Grueser is the head mechanic. Bill Bowen 1 s now head coach at Notre Dame with Charles Schoonover as assistant coach. David Clonch has taken over his fathers business as the blacksmith In the thriving town of Rutland. Mary Dyke Is now private secretary to Bob Denison, President of Ohio University. Bob Eads Is Governor of South Carolina, with John Scragg as his campaign manager. Corwin Smith now ovns the chain of Smith's Grocery Stores throughout the country. Ada Mae Harrison Is now married to Lowell after completing her nurse's training. June Patterson Is also married to Buck , after deciding that he Is m o r e Important than a career o f nursing. Clyde Harrison now owns a well-known cigar factory, after perfecting the famous Redtlp cigar, and Carolyn Miller, finally realizing her life's ambition. Is his secretary. Vivian Pierce Is still living at Beech Grove with Rusty and their two children. Alan Halllday Is owner of one of the largest dairy farms 1 n Meigs County. Jack Minor Is now a salesman for Dodge cars. (He Is also happily married to Dorothy.) Harold Grate Is now a pilot for the T. W. A.,with Helen Rife as the stewardess on his plane.

Helen Stevens le etlll employed In a hospital where s h e Is working along side her husband, who Is a doctor. Edith Shaffer Is now living In New York where she owns a dress shop. Kathleen Stafford 1s her manager. Betty Farmer Is a model In Hollywood, Cal If omia, and Alnslee Wilson Is k e p t very busy taking c a r e of Henry and their two little boys. By the time we came out of our reverie. It was getting late and Jon said he must go. After the door had closed behind him, my husband remarked that he had not realized how much he had missed the old gang of good old R. H. S. Yes, I said, and I guess we shall always feel a little sad when w e think of them and all the pleasant memories we have from our high sohool days. •Wanda Foster
