First, we leave to the Junior class our merits, our school spirit, and our unblemished reputation to be used as a standard to which they, the next Senior class of this school, shall strive. To the Sophomore Class we bequeath our good looks. To the Freshman Class we leave our prominent standing. To the Eighth Grade we leave our Intelligence. To the Seventh Grade we leave permission to grow up. To Helen Taylor we leave Betty Preston's quietness. To Maxine Siders-—Janet Theobald leaves the broken hearts of the Junior class.
