The Freshman teams of today will be the outstanding varsity teams of tomorrow. Some Freshmen were fortunate enough to be elected to the Student Council. ln future years both the school and the students should derive great value from their experiences. The Class carried out a number of proiects. We spon- sored a fun night, cake sales, and a card selling project. Everyone worked together in making these projects a success. The Freshman Class moves on with a sense of having done their best to promote good fellowship and school spirit. THQ

fl V 41 SECOND STORY SOPHOMORE CLASS The Sophomore Class has shown promise of be- ing one of the best classes the school has ever seen. During our freshman year, with Kathy Gerrard serv- ing as president, our boys set a fine record in the field of sports. We can also boast of the high scho- lastic record which the Sophomores have made in their first two years here. The members of our class have taken an active part in every phase of the school's organizations. Money was earned in the freshman year through the sale of everyday greeting cards. This year our boys have kept up their fine show- ing in athletics. Our class president is Buddy Miller, who has guided us in the choosing of our class rings and the writing of a fifteen minute television script which has been entered in a state-wide contest. We hope that, with the good start we have had so far, we can live up to the standards which have been set for us by this year's upperclassmen. I2
