Sister Janet crowns Queen and C Ourt with Queen Sandy. Escorts. TERRI NORRIS MARY ANN WAREHAM SANDY PATRICK MISSY BLAIR LINDA LAWSON The annual Homecoming festivities were held during the week of October 16. The celebration began with the traditional burning of the dummy at Community Field. On Friday afternoon the Home- coming assembly was held, at which the Queen and her court were introduced. Queen Sandy was crowned by her sister Janet, a former Homecoming Queen at Willis. The Homecoming Parade from the school to Community Field preceded the ceremonies for Friday night. Although we lost the game with Grandview, the spirit of Willis fans never failed through- out the game. The Homecoming festivities came to an end Saturday evening when the annual dance sponsored by the Student Council was held in the gym.
