MR. CARL L. HOPKINS Carl Hopkins has been Superintendent of Delaware City Schools for the past six years, before which he had served as Willis Principal. This year Mr. Hopkins' office was moved to the new Administration Building. Onimus- The New Administration Building MISS DOROTHY WHITTED Dorothy Whitted has served as curriculum co- ordinator for the city schools for the past six years. She has also served as an instructor at Ohio Wesleyan University in the Department of Education. This year Miss Whitted's office was transferred to the new Administration Building.
