JIM MONAHAN, rugged Scarlet tull- laacl: and captain, elected to the All- East eleven, traveled south to the Orange Bowl to play in the annual North-South game on Christmas day. BOB COMSTOCK, representing Rutgers in intercollegiate acting com petition, whose radio appearance with Barbara Stanwyclr and Producer Director Charles Martin swept the first semifinal round, went on to the grand tinals. BOB NUGENT, All-American swimmer, E.l.S.A. 50-yard freestyle champion, holder ot numerous Rutgers pool records and the Scarlet's Olympic RAY VOHDEN, three letter man in 'Foot- ball, wrestling, and track, finalist in E.l.W.A. tournament, his withdrawal from Olympic trials forced by injury.

The three class presi- dents are also members ot Student Coun- cil. The Veeps are responsible tor the class-sponsored dances. The Junior Prom in February and the Soph l-lop in Novem- ber were both successtul teatures ot the respective Big Weekends this year. The blase seniors do things on the quieter side though, restricting the Senior Ball, which comes iust betore the June graduation to members ot the out-going class. The gal- lant iuniors showed a little added enthu- siasm this year by throwing a successtul class beer party in October. For the second year now, the year- ling class has elected a seven-man council, provided tor under a standing committee ot the Student Council, to guide its des- tinies. CHAIRMAN-Frederick J.
