joe La-how proved himsell to he quite an artist, sketching the larmyard 3 scenes that covered the walls of the lrep Gym during the fall Foothall Dance. Stick to it, joeg Milt Canilf can't last torever. Charlie Gorman, while a con- scientious and hard-working student, was the perfect example of the 'ilighting Irishman in foothall, j.V. haskethall and hasehall. Another -Irishman was Tom Kerwin. the pride of Dnnellen. Tom, with his crew cnt and llashing grin, also played haskethall and proved a delit hall-handler. Bruce johnson had a terillic yen lor eating, and many's the time he came into class nihhling a sandwich while his classmates starved in silence. Neal Nlaelfarlan, frequently referred to as Mac, was an all-around good sport and well never forget the time that Mae contnsed the meaning of 'tangernie' and 'tainhorineu in Latin class. Georgie Pank was the comic element, the Milton Berlew of the Sophomore elass and was one of the most popular tellows in school. Mr. Martin qnaintly pnt it, 'George should he on the radio. lle is planning to study medicine in college. Kearney Knhlthau, With his cheerlnl grin, his sense of humor, and his nneanny knack for solving algehra problems, was a most sought after memher ol' the class. especially when algehra homework wasnit done. Lon Fedor and Phil Sarantos bummed around together, and were great eompetitorsg Lon played Varsity foothall and teamed with Phil on the j.V. hasket- hall lloor. johnny Nlislie. though on the quiet side, had a swell disposition and was one of the hest-liked me mhers ot the class. lneidentally, johnny likes hunting, lishing, in short, anything ont-of-doors. ll' yon ever need a good woodsman or guide, just give a yell for Wfes llansen. XVes fascinated the hoys with his tales ol' the woods. NVQ-re they all true, NVes? Gene liiotta, with his easy going manner and his friendly way of chatting, soon heeame a regular Prepsterf Gene plans to take up law in college, and here's hoping he comes through. jay Levinston was the type of fellow that, if you didn't know, yon didn't know anyhody. XVith his whimsical remarks jay kept the classes in good moods all the time. llc didn't do so hadly in his grades, either! AAI Pellicane, called utwo gun , though the reason is still something ol' a mystery, had a cheerful word for everyoneg manyis the time he cracked a corny joke. Since his Dad is a doctor. Tony was quite a whiz at hiology. That sums up the elass of '-18. their joys and their sorrows. XVe hope to see thein return next year to do an equally fine joh and, provided they pass, to heeoine lnniors.
