JOHN RICHARD MERRIKEN A Southern lad from Denton, Maryland, John has ranked high scholastically during his two years at Prep. Always willing to lend a helping hand, he has worked many long hours about school, keeping the tennis courts in shape so that he and other members of the team might use them. Next year John hopes to attend the University 'of Virginia to study pre-law. Tennis III, IV: Glee Club IV. JOHN REED MILLER John came to Prep this year from the U. S. Navy. Before that he was a student at Metuchen High School. Despite his extreme quietness, john was easily found in a crowd because of his flamboyant red hair. john wishes to enter Rutgers this fall to study journalism. - ROBERT TURE NYMAN Bob came to Prep this year from Ramsey High School where he starred in football and basketball. He continued these sports at Prep, providing one of the biggest thrills of the football season by returning a kickoff 86 yards for a touchdown against George School. One of the chief noise makers of the Beta House, Bob added his lusty voice to the Glee Club. Next year Bob plans to study business administration. Football IVQ Basketball IVg Glee Club IVg Track IV.
