Any visitor to his room in Delta is in for a bewildering surprise when Phil tries out a new trick on him. On nice spring afternoons he is to be seen at the pole vault- ing pit warming up for a jumpg whether or not he will have an opportunity to compete for the school is problematical. As president of the Theatre Club, Vin has handled the many details of arranging the Club's trips to New York, thereby contributing greatly to the success of the club this year. Coming from Germany last summer, he has made amazing progress in learning the English language. However, it is to be noted that he confines his occasional cussing to his native tongue.
