Our lin ll g Jferrfcs DIETICIANS Mrs, Tinsleyg Mrs. Dring, Head Dietician. The upkeep of a building as large as RHS is a full-time job for our custodians and maids. Without their continuous efforts to keep our school clean and attractive, we could not be as proud of the appearance of our school. The kitchen staff deserve a special thank-you from the student body for providing wholesome, hot lunches. Students seldom realize the planning that must go into preparing good lunches, and the time spent in pre- paring the meals. They begin work around seven in the morning, and don't leave work until all is clean and ready for the next mornings i , .,, .L f, A 5 f S .. -t - ,,,,, f. 1 V MQ .-5 vi ' 'E I ,,.w ' fw f rf-7fw L'f '-I Q FQWSQQA, ,,ggg4:f:,fv:,:,9Jzg i'uN YrQtvw4 ,sfy,?,.,h 5 1.?,,w 7 . Offke Stay ,4 21 fudcufs and Zzculfy Mr. Peoples might be described as Mr. Hanchey's right hand man. As assistant principal, he works with Mr. Hanchey in carrying on the business of the school. He is not just a voice over the public address system, or the man to see for an excused absence or the inevitable unexcused tardy. Rather he is an energetic worker for all our school projects and we are all especially appreciative of his work as sponsor of the Student Council. And should anyone need enlightening on the marvels of our demo- cratic America, let him take American history under the popular Mr. Peoples. Wfithout Mrs. Gullatt, all the work of Mr. Hanchey and Mr. Peoples would be in vain, Someone has to type, deliver, and edit the work of the office. Mrs. Gullatt is a capable secretary whom we are sure the school could not function without. Should a student-need help in deciding on his curriculum, future vocation, or per- haps a personality problem, Mrs. Russell is the one to see. She also carries out the testing program for the school, such as the National Merit Scholarship Test, the in- telligence tests, etc. We appreciate Mrs. Russell's work with any student who asks for it. No two human beings are alike, and since teachers are human beings, neither are they alike in their teaching methods. This makes the six-hour school day varied and interesting. Wife at RHS are grate- ful to have teachers who are concerned about us, and who are eager to help us with our problems. Not only does our faculty guide the student body in the class- room, but in the extra-curricular activities as well.
