Q L - -4- Ygi .ii 2 447 if l ,i f SENIUR CLASS OF 196 We, as seniors, have eagerly looked forward to the laying of the final milestone along the journey of high school. We have been sailing calmly, but now we must weigh our anchor and start our voyage toward the goal of our future. The Senior Class is entrusted to uphold the traditions and heritage founded here. Reviewing the past year, we can see that this obligation has-been fulfilled. Great strides have been made in the fields of scholastic attainments, music, debate, athletics, and the activities of the various organizations. Honor and recognition have been repeatedly reaped upon those participating in these endeavors. Each departing senior will have deeply embedded in his mind memories of his high school days. Likewise, the history of Ruston High School will be richer from having known every graduateis experiences. The significance of our high school career will be displayed in the future years. To our teachers and administration, we are most grateful for making our high school years so wholesome and complete. You have not only served as instructors, but as counselors, advisors, and friends. We have finished the course that has been given us here at RHS, and we are now ready for another step forward along the pathway of life.
