To the students from Brookville the use of a gym was no novelty, but to us at Rustburg it was a long-awaited luxury, for this was to be our first experience with a real physical develop- ment program and a place for us to play in all kinds of weather, A number of our classmates made up some of the membership on the basketball teams, volleyball and badminton,

But we managed to survive bruised knees and skinned up shins and put on a pretty good show, if we do say so! The Senior entertainment now history, we begin thinking of the traditions marking gradua- tion exercises at Rustburg High School, Our part it will be to help with the staging of Class Night activities, running hundreds of errands, literally waiting on those Seniors, reveling in the belief that not too long in the future the same favors will be shown us on a similar occasion, And then the making of the daisy chain to be presented to the Senior Class--thousands of flowers, sore fingers, blistered hands, and realization that we are finally--Juniors!
