Mrs.Fumey helps the high-voltage art students ra- diate their creative abilities in oil, water-color, sketching, and other areas. . .Mr. Castor shines for the craft students in the art department (PICTURE 1). Mr. Williams ran the Distributive Education Pro- gram. He helped those students who only go to school in the morning and work in the afternoon (PICTURE 2) Traveling into the English Department, several faces turn on to brighten the lives of RHS students. . . Grammar, Literature, Reading development, and Composition courses are taught by Mr. Underwood. Mrs. Strecker, Mr. Blehm, and Mrs. Earnest (PIC- TURE 3 FROM LEFT TO RIGHT). Mr. Brickley was the teacher 5f chemistry, physics, and bilogy in the Science Department (PICTURE 4). Mr. Peck, Mrs. Bailey, and Mrs. Stahl work toge- ther to bring a better understanding of the business world to their students (PICTURE 5). The Practical Arts department included Mr. Daugherty, Mr. Reiswig, Mr. Balding, and a new member on the teaching staff Mr. Burkhart (PICTURE FROM LEFT TO RIGHT). Mr. Haneke is one of Russell High School's spe- cial education teachers (PICTURE 2). Mr. Lyczak is the spark-plug in driver's educa- tion. . .Thanks to him there are fewer drivers who really socket to others. He is also the head coach for wrestling. (PICTURE 3). Mr. Denning is another special education teach- er. He teaches such practical things as cooking to his students (PICTURE 4). Mr. Kinsler + Mr. Shank x Mr. Miller = the cube root of the Math Department (PICTURE 5 FROM LEFT TO RIGHT). Mr. Kinsler was a teacher for RHS this year for the first time. Both Mr. Shank and Mr. Miller served as coaches.

Mrs. Christie, Mr. Monson's secretary, is the spark that keeps everyone glowing. . .She is shown with the two office secretaries, Mrs. Brown and Mrs. Lahman (PICTURE 1). Mrs. Huey taught Home Economics another year to many interested future home-makers (PICTURE 2). Mr. Nesbit (RIGHT) is a new filament in the Social Studies section this year. . .Mr. Johnson (LEFT) utiliz- es his teaching power in the American History and Cur- rent Affairs classes. . .The last link in this Circuit is Nancy Lane (MIDDLE) who really sockets to us with her lectures (PICTURE 3). Mr. Gerstner served as head of the library, assisted by Mrs. Brown (PICTURE 4). Mr. Crenshaw teaches debate and speech. He also was the Director for the all-school play OKLAHOMA! (PICTURE 5). 11
