At Russell there is a group of teachers who have taken on extra responsibilities and bur- dens. These teachers, the Department Heads, have taken these responsibilities and fulfilled all that was expected of them. They have even done that which was seemingly impossi- ble. They have worked dilligently to make their departments better and to give the stu- dents at Russell the best to prepare them for life. Not only have they striven to make Rus- sell academically sound, but also to make Russell known in other parts of the nation because of their talented and spirited work.
