Dedication SAMUEL MOSES HEARN To Mr. Hearn many attributes rightfully belong. He is a man whose wise counsel has guided us along the paths of rightful living, whose homespun humor has added greatly to that living and has made many moments bright and cheerful, moments that would otherwise have been dark and futile. For 38 years he has taught for the sheer joy of teaching: not merely to earn a livelihood. These years have been filled with inspiration and a challenge to all whom he has taught. Pos- sessing the enviable ability of teaching truths not found in books, he could, as the poet said, find qsermons in, stones and good in evemtthingf, His greatest joy was making friends and keeping in step and touch with the common man. As a token of esteem and gratitude, we, the staff, dedicate The Pointerw to our beloved teacher, Mr. Samuel Moses Hearn.
